About the role

McCain Foods is accepting applications for a Custodian position at the Plover WI plant. This role performs general custodial and sanitation duties to maintain a clean safe and orderly work environment. The position supports daily facility upkeep across office areas restrooms lunchrooms locker rooms hallways and productionadjacent spaces in accordance with company standards.

What youll be doing

• Clean office areas restrooms lunchrooms locker rooms hallways and windows using approved cleaning agents and tools.

• Operate floor scrubbers vacuums rugshampoo machines and other motordriven cleaning equipment.

• Collect and remove trash replace liners and maintain wastehandling areas.

• Set up and break down rooms for meetings and maintain orderly common spaces.

• Support general factory cleanup including sanitation tasks and maintaining safe organized work areas.

• Promote safety and follow all company procedures while performing assigned duties.

What youll need to be successful

• Ability to work independently with strong initiative reliability and attention to safety.

• Moderate mental and manual skill with care to prevent equipment damage and ensure a safe work environment.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and maintain consistent work quality.

• Solid teamwork and communication skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Experience using cleaning tools chemicals and equipment preferred but not required.

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting carrying and handling of objects up to approximately 50 lbs.

• Regular standing bending twisting kneeling and repetitive movements throughout the shift.

• High manual dexterity for operating cleaning tools and equipment.

• Sustained physical endurance while working in a fastpaced facility environment.

Compensation Package:$ - $ Starting at 21.03 USD hourly Bonus eligibility Hourly Pay Differential for applicable shifts
