Overview
The Recruiting and Culture Coordinator plays a key role in shaping the firms talent pipeline and fostering a positive engaging workplace culture. This individual manages the full-cycle recruiting process supports HR operations coordinates firm events and serves as a central point of contact for candidates interns and university partners. The role requires strong organizational skills creativity and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate full-cycle recruiting efforts including job postings resume review and candidate sourcing
- Conduct initial phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership
- Draft and issue offer letters and assist in offer negotiations
- Ensure a seamless professional and positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
- Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
University Relations & Internship Program
- Serve as liaison to regional colleges and universities
- Coordinate and attend university recruiting events career fairs and networking opportunities
- Play an integral role in the summer intern program including interview coordination and candidate selection
- Act as the primary point of contact for interns leading up to and during the summer program
- Support planning and execution of intern onboarding and engagement activities
HR Operations & Onboarding
- Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) BambooHR
- Coordinate onboarding processes including new hire paperwork and background checks
- Deliver the firms initial onboarding and welcome presentation
- Support general HR and administrative functions as needed
Culture & Employee Engagement
- Plan budget and execute firm-wide events activities and engagement initiatives
- Promote a positive inclusive and supportive workplace culture
- Develop creative ways to enhance employee morale and engagement
Marketing & Communications
- Create and publish the monthly firm newsletter
- Collaborate with the marketing team on outreach initiatives and social media campaigns
- Assist in managing the firms social media presence related to events and recruiting
Administrative & Financial Coordination
- Track and manage invoices related to recruiting and firm events
- Maintain budgets for recruiting activities and firm events
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Minimum of two years of related experience
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools techniques and software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with ATS platforms
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for people and workplace culture
- Hybrid work environment with at least 3 days per week in-office subject to business needs
