Key responsibilities include:
Teaching Psychology at A-Level
Planning and delivering engaging and thought-provoking lessons
Supporting students in developing critical thinking and research skills
Monitoring and assessing student progress
Preparing students for external examinations
Contributing to curriculum development
Supporting enrichment opportunities such as subject-related clubs or talks
Experience and Skills
The successful candidate will:
Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
Have strong subject knowledge in Psychology
Be confident teaching at A-Level
Demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational skills
Be passionate about student achievement
Work effectively within a collaborative team
