About the Team:
Lambeth EPS are inviting applications from resourceful and reflective Educational Psychologists to join our hard-working friendly and supportive team as we expand our traded and early intervention service offer for Lambeth schools and Further Education colleges.
We offer the security and benefits of working within a local government department alongside generous support for professional development and career addition to a generic EP role successful candidates will have opportunities to develop an area of interest and to work alongside a range of other teams within Childrens Services. These include our newly established Area SENCOs our Autism Sensory Virtual School Behaviour Support and Early Years teams Mental Health Support Team and Youth Justice Service. We value the promotion of relational practice both with schools and within our team.
We have a history of strong links with Doctoral training courses and commitment to supporting Trainee Educational Psychologists on work placements. Experienced colleagues will have opportunities to develop their supervision skills through accredited supervision training and supervision of Trainee Educational Psychologists.
We work within the framework of a consultation model of service delivery with a strong emphasis on systems and person-centred thinking partnership and collaboration. We welcome and value the diverse range of knowledge skills experience and expertise that new colleagues can contribute to our practice and team development.
