The mainobjectivefor the team is to buildstate of the artgovernance software for Boards and Leadership teams. As our new member you will work with a group of enthusiastic and experienced team members. Together with your team you willbe responsible forideation design and delivery of new product featuresenhancementsand supporting the enterprise product.
Your role and responsibilities
As a Product Owner your focuswill be designingdevelopingand implementing features and improvements to the product.You will work closely withyourlocalcolleaguesas well as withNasdaq teams in other countries.
Leads the efforts of the scrum team toplan releases and sprints inclusive of product features technical initiatives production support issues as well as release and operational support
Participates actively in team activities (e.g. sprint planning and sprint reviews) to drive team alignment on product vision and value delivery
Works closely with the cross functional team across the Business to gain a strong understanding of the overall business strategyobjectivesand goals toparticipatein theexecutionof product strategy
Gathersrequirements from internal stakeholders clients &partners to be converted intouser stories.
Prioritizes the body of work forthescrum team to best meet theobjectivesof your stories
Writes and manages the backlog of user stories
Supports the testing process reviews resultsidentifiesbottlenecks&providesguidance on solutions& priority
Supports ourfront lineteamsbyhelpingtocreate training materialsand by speakingdirectly to clients/partners todemonstratefeatures and enhancements.
Becomes adept in the practice of Governance as it applies to tools needed to conduct an effective board meeting from prep throughfollow up
We do expect you to have the following as a minimum for this role;
At least 3years ofexperience inProduct Development for Software using Agile Methodology
Experience incorporating AI into product developmentdaily activities
The ability to take the Initiative and to work independently across technical/internal and Client Success teams
Strong communicationskills to articulate the business proposition and gather insights acrossuser types.
The capability to learn quickly dive in and become familiar with product features and functionalityanticipatequestions and over-deliver.
Demonstrated abilityto own end-to-end processes and prioritize within
Strong ExcelandPowerpointskills
The willingness to work extended hours to accommodate clients and Team Members in other regions
CSPOor other similar certification
It would be great if youhave:
Experience in Governance tools
Experience using AI prototyping tools
Experience in corporate information security best practices
