TheFinance Development Programis a graduate program with a difference. This is our fast-track initiative for building our future international finance leaders.
You will get meaningful international experience through thethree yearsof the program with time spentworking in an international environment with top finance leaders.You will have the opportunity to stretch your limits and knowledge while learning how finance works.
From day one you will contribute. You will grow quickly and will work on high-impact high-visibility projects that will help you kick-start your finance career.

Program highlights:
Threeyear rotational program for recent graduates in finance economics or business
Three different oneyear experiences selected from the following areas:
Strategic Finance
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Supply Chain Finance
Specialized Finance
Commercial Finance
Exposure to international teams and stakeholders with opportunities to work across borders
Structured learning and development including CIMA qualification funding and tailored Ecolab finance training

Your home base throughout the program will be Ecolabs Finance Centre of Excellence in Krakow
From the start of your journeyyoulljoin our team in our Business Services Centre in us on a permanent contract of employment with our Polish company and this will be your base throughout the program. Although your roots will be in Krakow our aim is to give youreal internationalexperience while you learn the fundamentals of corporate finance.
Whatyoullneed
Degree in finance business or a related field
Fluency in English and other European languages beneficial
Energy and action-driven attitude
First-rate attention to detail withgreat communicationskills
