Test Manager (Brisbane Based)

KJR is looking role is to providestrategic leadership for the test capability transformation assessing current automation and test data practices and defining the future-state automation-first testing architecture that supports a multi-SaaS ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess existing testing ecosystem:
• Evaluate automation maturity and manual testing reliance.
• Identifyrisks related toscalbility API validation release integration & environment provisioning
• Define a future automation architecture strategyincluding:SaaS tenant aware architecture.
• Establish principles for automation standards and tooling strategy
• Define integration patterns with CICD and release management
• Define strategy for test data masking and synthetic data generation
• Establish testing governance including automation coverage standards and release quality gates

• Defining quality gates for CI/CD and releases
