Under DXCs Internship Program you will gain valuable skills and practical experience to prepare you for your ideal career particularly in the digital and technology space.

(Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing)

• Exposure to technologies such as Wintel UNIX Virtualization and Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Operations dashboards and reports.

• Handle backend tasks supporting L1 support teams.

• Support and manage operations processes for the team.

• Receive training on software applications and operational tools.

• Assist in technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.

• Support service teams in responding to technical and customer-related queries.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Basic knowledge of desktop operating systems software applications and PC hardware.

• Understanding of network systems and Internet technologies is an advantage.

• Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate diverse requirements.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to research and resolve user issues.

Eligibility

• Must be currently enrolled in a Diploma or Degree program in a computer-related field at a college or university.

• Malaysian citizens only.

Intake: April to May 2026
Duration: 4 to 6 months
