PwC Malaysias Capital Investment & Green Incentives (CIGI) team helps organisations identify apply for and manage tax incentives government grants and sustainabilityrelated incentives. As a CIGI Intern you will gain exposure to advisory work at the intersection of tax investment strategy and sustainability.

This role offers handson experience supporting real client engagements across various industries including manufacturing services and green/ESGrelated projects.

Key Responsibilities

As a CIGI Intern you will:

  • Assist in researching tax incentives grants and investment allowance schemes under Malaysian regulations

  • Support the preparation of incentive applications submissions and supporting documentation

  • Help analyse capital expenditure (CAPEX) financial data and investment plans

  • Conduct research on green and sustainabilityrelated incentives policies and regulatory updates

  • Assist with compliance reporting and postapproval requirements

  • Prepare working papers reports and presentation materials for internal and client use

  • Work closely with team members to support ongoing advisory engagements

  • Perform other adhoc tasks as required
