The Sales Associate is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities maintaining strong client relationships and promoting the companys products and services. This position involves a deep understanding of the market meeting or exceeding sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Revenue Generation:

Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities by developing and implementing effective strategies to achieve Syracuse Banana Wholesalesbusiness goals.
Negotiate and close deals that meet or exceed sales targets.
Drive sustainable growth through strategic account acquisition and optimized pricing strategies.

Market Research and Analysis:

Identify trends competitor activities and customer preferences.
Establish KPIs and report to sales and executive teams.

Sales Strategy Implementation

Work with the Sales Director to establish short and long-term objectives.
Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives by identifying customers needs and offering solutions.
Monitor analyze and report growth goals.
