At Factorial were looking for a new Account Manager for our Partners for the LATAM Market to help us boost the company to the next level.

The Role

As part of the Strategy team you will be responsible for onboarding new partners ensuring that the partners and their clients use the platform to its fullest and gathering customers feedback. One of your greatest challenges will be to make sure our product can be fully adapted to the clients needs. This requires you to perfectly adapt to the client understand their processes and problems and detect possible improvements and opportunities in the product.

What will you be doing:

  • Build strong relationships with partners and understand their requirements through regular video calls in order to create engagement and provide them with product updates.

  • Provide after-sales support to help the partners retain their customers.

  • Coordinate with internal teams the needs and improvements our partners need.

  • Onboard and train our new LATAM partners by assisting them via video call and e-mail until they are fully trained.

  • Help the partners to implement Factorial to their clients.

  • Bring a consultative approach to ensure a fully customized experience setting up their accounts.

  • Understand our partners problems and needs and gather their to improve the product.

  • Help us create the best customer and partner journey and unlock the market.

Your Profile

  • Proactivity: you will need to find the best way to ensure your partners are fully activated and their clients have the best experience implementing Factorial.
  • Fast Learner: you can quickly become an expert on the software and its easy for you to keep up-to-date with product updates.
  • Problem-solving mindset: the ability to propose alternative solutions and workarounds to answer unexpected requests from clients.
  • Growth mentality: Theres plenty things to create so be ready to share ideas!
  • Good sense of analysis: while onboarding our clients you will have to understand the specificities of the market and translate this knowledge into information that can be used by the Product team to further improve our solution
  • Fluent English
  • Previous experience as an Onboarding Specialist/Implementation owner Consultant Account Manager or Payroll is highly valuable.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources is a plus!
