Job Summary eShocan is seeking a highly motivated Hardware Debug / Validation Engineer with strong hands-on lab experience and embedded system knowledge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for triaging complex system-level issues driving root cause analysis and collaborating across cross-functional hardware and software teams.
Key Responsibilities -
Triage and support complex bugs reported by internal and external software teams across global locations

Lead structured root cause investigations across hardware signal integrity power integrity and software interactions

Debug high-speed interfaces such as DDR PCIe Ethernet and SerDes links
-
Troubleshoot high-power designs including PMICs voltage regulators power sequencing and thermal behavior
-
Investigate issues related to audio subsystems clocking and mixed-signal interactions
-
Drive issue resolution by organizing next steps tracking actions and ensuring timely closure
-
Perform hands-on lab debugging using oscilloscopes high-speed probing and power measurement tools
-
Support board bring-up activities and coordinate rework when required
-
Maintain clear and traceable documentation in Jira
-
Assist in creating diagnostic documentation for hardware-centric validation (DV/PV)
-
Act as a bridge between hardware systems and distributed software teams
Required Qualifications -
Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or related field)

2 4 years of experience in hardware design debug or validation

Experience working with embedded systems and software interaction

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills for complex system-level issues

Exposure to circuit design and hardware development

Hands-on experience in lab environments
