Job Summary

Job Title: Warehouse Shift Manager

Location: Mansfield NG18 5BZ

Job Length: Permanent

Working Hours: 40 hours per week working on the 3 shift rotating pattern. 6am to 2pm 2pm to 10pm (Monday to Friday) or 10pm to 6am (Sunday to Thursday). Flexibility to work around these hours to suit business needs.

Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner 1664 Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. About the role:

If you are interested in joining our journey we are now recruiting for a Warehouse Shift Manager. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager this role will play a key part in our success journey and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:

Role Responsibilities:

Providing skills required to deliver to our customers on time and in full
Providing a high quality service to suit customers needs
Working closely with the transport and office teams to ensure a smooth running of operations and meeting overall site objectives
Supervising a team of operatives on the late shift
Holding health and safety at the forefront of all warehouse procedures to maintain a safe working environment at all times
Check for picking accuracy and breakages with investigations where necessary.

Experience and Key Attributes:

IT Literate with experience using MS Office and SAP.
Experience managing or supervising a warehouse team
Experience working in a warehouse for an FMCG
FLT licence (desirable) and experience (essential)
