Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end sales process
Prepare proposals and documents for potential clients
Nurture potential clients via email WhatsApp and LinkedIn
Collaborate with the marketing team on inbound lead campaigns
Create product videos
Recruit sales team members and provide training
Monitor sales KPIs
Required Qualifications:
5 years of experience in sales with a direct competitor - eg. Deel PapayaGlobal Remote Pebl Workable Recruitee Ashby etc. a fintech provider or a recruitment agency
Proficiency with sales tools - eg. HubSpot ContactOut and similar platforms
