DescriptionAs a HR Helpdesk Administrator you will play a key role in managing our Oracle HR Helpdesk Request system ensuring queries are efficiently coordinated allocated and resolved. Youll liaise closely with internal teams and external partners escalate issues when required and maintain the overall accuracy and order of the helpdesk by closing completed cases and gathering additional information when needed. Reporting to the HR Technology Manager within the HR Operations function you will help the team deliver a smooth responsive and well-governed HR support experience across the organisation.

Day to day:
- Manage and monitor the Oracle HR Helpdesk Request queue ensuring all incoming queries are logged prioritised and routed appropriately.
- Allocate and coordinate requests across the HR Operations and HR Technology teams escalating issues when required.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather missing information clarify requirements or progress outstanding cases.
- Maintain the accuracy and organisation of the helpdesk by updating records closing resolved requests and ensuring data integrity.
- Track request statuses and follow up on overdue or stalled cases to support timely resolution.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR Technology Manager including reporting documentation and process updates related to the helpdesk system.
