We are looking for an ambitious and self-drivenExperiencedLawyer to join ourlabourteam in Athens.
Be part of the Legal team focused onlabourlaw and immigration issues
Preparation of opinions related tolabourlaw matters and proceedings
Carrying out technical research onlabourlaw and immigration legislation and case law
Manage client engagements including preparing concise andaccurateproposalsdocumentsand reports
Liaising with the Greeklabourand immigration authorities
Review and/or drafting of legal and contractual documentation
What you bring matters
57years of working experience at a law firm or in a large in-house law department with focus onlabourlaw
Excellent academic background from a Greek or foreign university
A postgraduate degreeinlabourlaw will be highly regarded
Active license to practice law in Greece
Excellent command of the English language strongwritingand verbal skills
Confident and positive attitude focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients
Commitment to providing excellent quality work and building client relationships
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a multitasked fast-paced and changing environment
Ability of coordinating multi-jurisdictional projects will be highly regarded
Prior experience in handlingimmigrationand social securitymatterswill be highly regarded
