YellowSquare Athens is looking for a Hostel/Hotel Supervisor. Youll be the right hand of our Square Lover acting as the operational heartbeat of the hostel and overseeing everything from the front desk to the kitchen to ensure the YellowSquare vibe stays alive.

What youll be doing:

• Supporting the Square Lover by working closely with the Reception/Bar team and overseeing Kitchen Housekeeping and Maintenance;
• Being a daily point of reference for the team ensuring tasks are clear spirits are high and operations run smoothly;
• Monitoring service standards resolving guest issues and keeping the YellowSquare energy consistent;
• Coordinating shifts schedules and workflows to optimize team performance;
• Assisting with admin tasks reporting inventory and ensuring full compliance with local Greek regulations.

What you should have:

• 5 years of experience in hospitality with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role;
• Strong leadership skills: the ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with diverse teams;
• A people-first mindset with a sharp eye for both guest experience and team wellbeing;
• A knack for problem-solving and the ability to stay cool under pressure;
• High proficiency in spoken English and Greek (other languages are a huge plus!);
• Comfort with digital tools booking systems and hospitality tech (previous hostel experience is a big plus).
