Job Summary

Role: Project Manager Airline Crew Management Systems

We are seeking a senior Project Manager with strong airline domain experience to lead enterprise software implementation projects focused on crew management flight operations and planning systems.

This is a client-facing role requiring deep understanding of airline operations and experience managing complex multi-system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of airline operations software implementations
Manage project scope timelines budgets and deliverables
Work directly with airline stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions
Oversee integrations between crew management flight operations and related systems
Drive stakeholder communication reporting and executive updates
Identify and manage risks issues and dependencies
Support RFP/RFI responses and customer presentations
Ensure smooth adoption through change management practices

Required Qualifications:

7 years of Project Management experience in enterprise software delivery
Mandatory experience in airline / aviation domain
Strong exposure to crew management crew scheduling or flight operations systems
Proven experience managing client-facing implementation projects
Experience handling system integrations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

PMP Certification
Agile / PMBOK knowledge
Experience with tools like Jira MS Project Confluence
