Scope of Project
We are seeking an experienced Product and Agile Transformation Coach to support teams transitioning from project-based delivery to a product-centric operating model and from waterfall delivery to agile ways of working. This role focuses on coaching teams leaders and partners through sustainable transformation aligned with organizational goals.
We are seeking an experienced Product and Agile Transformation Coach to support teams transitioning from project-based delivery to a product-centric operating model and from waterfall delivery to agile ways of working. This role focuses on coaching teams leaders and partners through sustainable transformation aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Coach teams and leaders from project-centric to product-oriented delivery
- Drive transition from waterfall to agile/hybrid models
- Provide hands-on coaching to Product Owners Scrum Masters and cross-functional teams
- Establish product vision roadmaps backlog prioritization and outcome-based planning
- Conduct agile workshops and transformation sessions
- Align governance funding and delivery models
- Assess current practices and recommend improvements
- Support enterprise/public-sector constraints in agile adoption
- Provide continuous feedback and recommendations to leadership
Required/Preferred Skills:
- Agile & Lean principles
- Product management practices
- Iterative and incremental delivery models
- Transformation coaching experience
- Stakeholder management in complex environments
- Frameworks: Scrum Kanban SAFe LeSS
- Change management / organizational design
- Certifications: Agile Coach SAFe SPC ICP-ACC/ATF PMP (Agile)
