Hillview Consulting is looking for an Agile Delivery Project Manager to join our innovative team in Alvarado. Responsibilities
- Lead agile project management activities ensuring effective delivery of projects
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope goals and deliverables
- Monitor project progress and performance making adjustments as necessary
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
- Coach and mentor team members on agile methodologies and best practices
- Utilize project management tools to track progress and report on project status
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in project management preferably in an agile environment
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban etc.)
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. JIRA Trello Asana)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Experience in the staffing/recruiting industry is a plus
