Northwest Partners seeks an experienced Talent systems and enablement specialist to improve talent systems streamline workflows and strengthen user adoption. This role focuses on optimizing applicant tracking processes supporting integrations delivering training and improving consistency across talent operations.
What YOU will do
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert for the Ceipal Talent Hire applicant tracking system and related recruiting tools
- Review current system usage and identify opportunities to improve efficiency consistency adoption and data quality
- Configure and optimize workflows templates fields statuses and process settings within the applicant tracking system
- Recommend and implement best practices for system usage across recruiting workflows
- Troubleshoot user issues and resolve day-to-day system questions
- Create and deliver training on system workflows best practices and process expectations
- Develop training documents standard operating procedures quick-reference guides and recorded walkthroughs
- Support onboarding for new team members on system usage and related processes
- Provide refresher training and ongoing support to reinforce adoption and proper system usage
- Coordinate with system vendors on defects enhancements configuration questions and related issues
- Track open issues and follow through to resolution
- Test system updates changes and fixes before broader team rollout
- Communicate relevant updates workarounds and process changes to internal users
- Support configuration testing troubleshooting and follow-up for system integrations and connected recruiting tools
- Assist with administration of communication tools tied to recruiting workflows including user setup basic configuration support issue coordination and user guidance
- Document key workflows system procedures and process standards
- Help establish standards for system usage data entry and team accountability
- Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements
- Support reporting workflow tracking and system adoption monitoring
- Help monitor recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve consistency and performance
What YOU will bring us
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Ceipal Talent Hire ATS including configuration and optimization
- Familiarity with Ceipal Workforce HR system.
- Strong understanding of recruiting and talent acquisition workflows
- Experience creating and delivering user training
- Experience developing training documents user guides standard operating procedures or recorded walkthroughs
- Experience supporting or coordinating system integrations
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Familiarity with VoIP communication platform administration and user support
- Experience with process improvement workflow design and user adoption initiatives
- Experience working with templates reporting and related system administration
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on process-driven approach with a focus on user enablement and operational improvement
