Systems Engineer - Full Stack Infrastructure

Location: Dallas TX (Hybrid - 3 days/week in office)
Travel: Occasional/Light

What Youll Do

Provide hands-on engineering support across infrastructure applications and end-user systems
Manage backup operations using Rubrik and maintain Pure Storage environments
Support and optimize VMware virtualization infrastructure
Administer business applications and Azure cloud services
Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent projects from inception to completion
Deliver white-glove technical support with a service-first mentality
Collaborate closely with a lean team where adaptability and shared ownership are essential

What Were Looking For

Strong full-stack engineering background with broad technical versatility
Experience with backup solutions (Rubrik) storage systems (Pure) and VMware
Working knowledge of Azure and business application management
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality
Thrives in small team environments where agility and cross-functional skills are valued
Excellent communication skills and collaborative team mindset
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Hedge fund or financial services experience preferred
