Job Summary

Were looking for an experienced IT Project Manager ideally with over 7 years of experience to lead data quality initiatives and some Salesforce (Service Cloud) implementation projects.

can be fully remote on a contract through year-end (end of December 2026)

1. Is the PM primarily focused on cleaning/migrating legacy data or are they tasked with building a long-term data governance framework Are there specific tools involved besides Salesforce (e.g. Snowflake SQL or MDM software)

PMs focus will be working with internal team members (Data team Data Architect BA Data Gov lead Finance & Business leads Executives) to manage the Data Quality and Data Retention programs. Azure SQL Azure Data lake OvalEdge or Brighthive (new platform were exploring) experience/familiarity a plus.

2. Is this a greenfield (from scratch) implementation or an optimization of an existing instance It would also be helpful to know if complex integrations are involved

Service Cloud implementation will be a new implementation effort. Other Data projects are already underway and not too complex integrations.

3. Will this person manage a team of internal developers and BAs directly or will they coordinate with an external partner

Mostly internal dev BAs and internal stakeholders from business units.
