Job Summary

Job Title: ServiceNow Architect

Location: Dallas TX

6 Months possible extension

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead solution architecture for new implementations upgrades and major enhancements.
Produce high-level and detailed designs (HLD/LLD) integration patterns and data models aligned with enterprise standards.
lead and govern end-to-end delivery: requirements design build test deploy hypercare.
Provide hands-on technical leadership for configuration and development using platform capabilities across Incident Change Service Requests and CMDB
Flow Designer / Workflow Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes
UI Policies UI Actions ACLs Notifications Service Portal / UI Builder (as needed)
Data imports Transform Maps Performance Analytics / Reporting (as needed)
Set standards for scoping estimation sprint planning and release governance in Agile/SAFe environments.

Desired Candidate Profile

10 years experience on the ServiceNow platform including architecting and implementing solutions.
5 years in a lead architect / technical lead role for enterprise ServiceNow programs.
Demonstrated experience delivering multiple end-to-end implementations (greenfield and/or transformation).
Solid understanding of software delivery practices: Agile CI/CD concepts testing strategies release management.
Excellent communication skills able to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with one or more of: ITOM HRSD CSM SecOps GRC SPM FSM.
Experience designing CMDB governance discovery/service mapping at scale.
Experience with performance analytics reporting strategy and operational dashboards.
Consulting background (requirements facilitation stakeholder management delivery governance)
Certifications across CSA(Certified System Admin) CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) CTA(Certified Technical Architect)
