Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of drawings models and design presentations using Revit AutoCAD SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Support project teams in planning programming and conceptual design tasks.
- Contribute to the development and coordination of construction documents specifications and technical details.
- Conduct basic code research and assist with permit documentation under guidance.
- Participate in project coordination with internal team members and external consultants.
- Help respond to RFIs shop drawings and field-related issues as directed.
- Attend site visits with senior staff and assist with field reports and punch lists.
- Assist with managing project schedules documentation and quality control efforts.
Qualifications
- Professional Degree in Architecture ( or ).
- 0 3 years of professional architectural experience; internships or co ops are a plus.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp Adobe Creative Cloud and related visualization tools.
- Strong organizational abilities with a willingness to learn workflows and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with an interest in constructability and technical designs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated design ability and interest in developing technical detailing skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and follow direction from senior staff.
- Progress toward Architectural Registration encouraged but not required.
