Job Summary

Job Title: ServiceNow Solution Architect
Location:Washington DC( On-Site)
Long Term Project

Provides overall technical vision and governance for the ServiceNow platform. Designs the end-to-end solution architecture across ITSM ITOM ITAM (SAM/HAM) CMDB and self-service modules to ensure scalability security and alignment with Clients Digital Modernization strategy.

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
Experience: 8 years IT experience; 5 years architecting enterprise ServiceNow implementations; experience with large-scale migration from legacy platforms (e.g. CA Service Desk).
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) two Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) credentials; ITIL v4 Foundation.
Clearance / Other: Must pass Client background check; ability to work on-site at 300 7th St SW Alexandria and Hyattsville as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and govern platform architecture coding standards and integration patterns
Lead assessment of current Zurich instance; produce gap analysis and roadmap
Guide configuration of ITSM CMDB SAM HAM and self-service modules
Review all technical design documents and approve before development begins
Ensure solution meets NIST SP 800-53 rev. 5 controls and Client DMCS requirements
