Job Title:Business Analyst / Change Lead
Location: Washington DC( On-Site)
Long Term Project
Bridges the gap between Client stakeholders and the technical team. Elicits documents and validates business requirements for all nine implementation tasks while leading organizational change management to drive user adoption.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business IT Communications or related field.
Experience: 5 years as a BA on IT service management or ERP modernization projects; experience facilitating workshops with diverse government or transit stakeholders.
Certifications: CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred; Prosci ADKAR or equivalent change management certification strongly preferred; ITIL v4 Foundation.
Clearance / Other: Must pass Client background check; ability to work on-site at 300 7th St SW Alexandria and Hyattsville as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirements discovery sessions across DM Payroll HR and UDR stakeholder groups
Document and maintain requirements in Client-designated Confluence space
Develop process maps user stories and acceptance criteria for each task
Create and execute change management plan: communication training and adoption metrics
Coordinate UAT sign-off with business owners; track and resolve defects
Key Skills: Confluence Jira Visio / Lucidchart workshop facilitation ADKAR change model gap analysis user story writing stakeholder communication
