Job Summary

Job Title:SAM Lead
Location: Washington DC( On-Site)
Long Term Project

Implements and configures the ServiceNow Software Asset Management module to deliver centralized license tracking usage analytics compliance reporting and automated reclamation for Clients full software portfolio

Education: Bachelors degree in IT Business or related field.
Experience: 5 years software asset management experience; 3 years with ServiceNow SAM Pro; experience normalizing software inventory and managing SaaS license lifecycles.
Certifications: ServiceNow CIS SAM required; IAITAM CSAM or equivalent a plus.
Clearance / Other: Must pass Client background check; ability to work on-site at 300 7th St SW Alexandria and Hyattsville as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and configure ServiceNow SAM module including normalization entitlement management and reconciliation
Integrate with CMDB HAM PeopleSoft procurement data (POs SoWs) and software discovery feeds
Build automated reclamation workflows for unused or uninstalled software
Draft Software Asset Management policy governance documentation and compliance reporting dashboards
Conduct license true-up analysis and provide cost optimization recommendations to client leadership
