Implements and configures the ServiceNow Software Asset Management module to deliver centralized license tracking usage analytics compliance reporting and automated reclamation for Clients full software portfolio
Education: Bachelors degree in IT or related field.
Experience:5 years hardware/IT asset management experience; 3 years with ServiceNow HAM; familiarity with Maximo for assets >$5000
Certifications: ServiceNow CIS HAM or ITAM required; IAITAM CHAMP or equivalent a plus.
Clearance / Other: Must pass Client background check; ability to work on-site at 300 7th St SW Alexandria and Hyattsville as required.

Key Responsibilities:
Configure HAM lifecycle stages: procurement deployment maintenance and disposal/recycling
Integrate with Maximo PeopleSoft DCIM SCCM Tenable and CMDB for unified asset records
Implement asset tagging processes inventory audit workflows and depreciation tracking
Build dashboards and reports for asset utilization compliance cost optimization and replacement forecasting
Establish roles responsibilities and SOPs for ongoing hardware asset governance
Integrate with Maximo PeopleSoft DCIM SCCM Tenable and CMDB for unified asset records
