As a SeniorPartnerOperations Analyst you will play a critical role in strengthening the operational backbone of our development efforts. This role partners closely with portfolio teams and Development Operations leadership to ensure disciplined execution forward-looking planning and consistent use of Salesforce and related development tools.
The Senior Analyst serves as a trusted subject matter expert and operational leaderdriving improvements in systems processes and team effectiveness. This role focuses on executional excellence systems ownership and continuous improvement not strategic portfoliodesignor donor strategy.
How You Will Contribute
Own and reinforce data quality and standards across portfolio teams ensuring opportunities activities moves forecasts and related records areaccurate complete and entered ona timelybasis.
Establish andmaintainfeedback loops with portfolio teams to assesswhatsworking and where improvements are needed;anticipateoperational needs and proactively surface risks dependencies and capacity constraints.
Partner with Development Operations and Infrastructure teams to improve workflows reporting and usability.
Serve as a primary subject matter expert for Salesforce and other development tools systems and processes (e.g. Outreach ClariGridMate AI agents SharePoint etc.).
Drive disciplined project management across portfolio-related work reducing last-minute requests and increasing predictability; prepare teams for reviews and check-ins through high-quality data materials and operational insights.
Create scalable resources job aids and documentation to support consistent execution and onboarding.
Lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives that drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
What You Will Bring
5 years of related experience in portfolio or systems support.
Significant experienceworking with Salesforce CRM in a development fundraising or operations environment.
Demonstrated ability to own complex operational processes and drive improvements across teams.
Strong project management skills with the ability toplan ahead manage dependencies and execute with discipline.
Exceptional attention to detail paired with a systems-level perspective.
Strong communicationskills and confidence partnering with senior stakeholders.
