Job Description/Responsibilities
As a CI Engineer youll lead efforts to improve how work gets donemaking processes faster smarter and more reliable across the site. This role blends hands-on engineering with change leadership giving you the chance to influence both operations and culture. Youll use data lean principles and equipment reliability practices to deliver measurable results and long-term improvements. Its an opportunity to drive real impact while building leadership and technical expertise in a highly collaborative environment.
What Youll Do:
Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency quality and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
Analyze performance data to identify gaps troubleshoot issues and implement sustainable solutions
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve line performance and streamline operations
Facilitate training coaching and workshops to build continuous improvement capabilities across teams
Support process documentation standardization and the successful implementation of new equipment and systems
Qualifications/Requirements
Required:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
Experience with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proven problem-solving skills including root cause analysis
Preferred:
2 years of experience driving change in a fast-paced manufacturing or operations environment
Experience with process design implementation and optimization
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel Word Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new systems

The annual salary range for this role is $87000-$108000. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience qualifications geographic location and internal pay equity considerations.
