The Marketing Manager for RAMPxchange is responsible for leading the strategic development execution and performance optimization of all marketing initiatives for the RAMPxchange including the marketplace and any future technology offerings.
This role owns the full marketing strategy from brand positioning and demand generation to partnership marketing and member engagement ensuring alignment with business growth objectives. The Marketing Manager serves as the marketing lead for RAMPxchange collaborating cross-functionally with sales product leadership and external partners to drive measurable impact.

Strategic Marketing Leadership
Develop and execute the comprehensive marketing strategy for RAMPxchange aligned with revenue membership growth and engagement goals.
Build and manage the annual marketing plan including campaign calendar budget allocation and KPI tracking.
Identify growth opportunities within the cybersecurity and public-sector marketplace ecosystem.
Establish clear positioning and messaging frameworks for buyers suppliers and strategic partners.
Demand Generation & Growth Marketing
Lead integrated multi-channel campaigns across digital email social events content and partnerships.
Develop strategies to increase qualified marketplace participation (buyers and providers).
Optimize the marketing funnel using data-driven insights and conversion analytics.
Collaborate closely with sales and marketplace leadership to support pipeline growth and member acquisition.
Brand & Thought Leadership
Own the RAMPxchange brand strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
Lead content strategy including thought leadership PR initiatives industry positioning and video.
Develop media relations and industry visibility strategies within cybersecurity and government sectors.
Position RAMPxchange as a trusted authority in secure procurement and cybersecurity collaboration.
Event & Community Marketing
Oversee strategy and execution of in-person and virtual events conferences and community engagements.
Develop marketing plans that maximize event ROI and extend engagement beyond event dates.
Support strategic partnership activations and co-marketing initiatives.
Data Performance & Optimization
Define and monitor key marketing KPIs tied to engagement acquisition retention and brand
growth.
Utilize marketing dashboards and reporting tools to evaluate performance and adjust strategy.
Deliver regular performance updates to leadership with clear insights and recommendations.
Continuously test optimize and refine campaigns for improved ROI.
Budget & Vendor Management
Own the RAMPxchange marketing budget and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
Manage external vendors agencies media partners and contractors.
Negotiate contracts and evaluate partner performance.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Provide leadership and direction to marketing team members supporting RAMPxchange.
Collaborate closely with brand managers creative teams sales product and executive leadership.
Mentor junior marketing staff as applicable.
Serve as the primary marketing point-of-contact for RAMPxchange leadership
58 years of progressive marketing experience including brand growth or product marketing.
Demonstrated experience owning marketing strategy and delivering measurable business
outcomes.
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience managing marketing budgets and external vendors.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using performance dashboards and campaign
analytics tools.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in B2B marketplace platforms cybersecurity or government sectors preferred.
Proven ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.
