We offer a competitive salary range of $65000 - $70000 annually along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage staff recruitment training and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and satisfaction
• Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to minimize waste
• Prepare financial reports and manage budgets to achieve profitability

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role in the QSR industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Understanding of financial management and budgeting
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the restaurant industry
