Home as one of Care Enablements three therapy verticals focused on providing patients with flexible dialysis options they can perform at homeincluding home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. The mission is to improve patient autonomy quality of life and clinical outcomes through innovative products services and support.

The team works cross-functionally across R&D Manufacturing Supply Chain Quality Regulatory and Commercial functions to deliver personalized home therapy solutions and expand access to care beyond traditional clinical settings. Join our passionate team and help shape healthcare worldwide!

Role Summary

As a Clinical Executive you are responsible for promoting and selling medical equipment and consumables for Critical Care products across government and private healthcare sectors. This role focuses on building and sustaining long-term business relationships with clients ensuring professional and well-mannered service delivery at all times.

Your Responsibilities:

• Territory Central region
• To support Business Manager PD (Peritoneal Dialysis) Business Unit & territorial requirements to ensure excellence in service in all areas of accounts (Hospitals PD units & wards).
• Provide ongoing close support to all accounts in the territory.
• Promote and sell medical equipment consumable products to government private and NGO sectors able to develop long term business relationship with existing and potential clients.
• Initiate coordinate and execute funding applications for patients.
• Attend business reviews on periodical basis to review accounts & territory performance.
• Identify new business opportunities customers markets and potential products.
• Manage other administrative tasks that will be assigned based on the business and department needs from time to time (inventory database competitor analysis among other key tasks).
• Organize/coordinate events/talks/seminars to customers/patients/clients.
• To maintain highly respected relationships within & outside the organization.
• To develop and support education programs & provision of clinical and product training to patients/customers in hospitals or at patients home.
• To conduct home visits at patients home to ensure adequate follow up of their condition and therapy application.
• To report patients condition to the nephrologist and nursing team upon completion of each patient visit/assessment on time.
• To provide advice and guidance to patients who require dialysis reimbursement in ensuring patient has uninterrupted dialysis treatment.
• To ensure effective coordination between accounts nursing team customer services and logistics for timely & reliable home-care service & support.
• To provide on-call support during and after office hours (after office-hours support will be based on clinical roaster).
• To support patient care during high workload period or the absence of the other team members.
• Any other tasks support and territories as deemed required.

Your Profile:

• Bachelors Degree Post Graduate Diploma Professional Degree Business Marketing Medical Science Nursing and Pharmacy/Pharmacology Biotechnology or equivalent.
• 34 years experience in medical equipment or pharmaceutical sales preferred with a strong track record of achieving targets.
• MUST have valid nursing certification (APC) or RON (if applicable)
• Results-driven self-motivated and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced dynamic and target-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
• Independent proactive and enthusiastic with a positive attitude initiative and strong sense of responsibility.
• Own transport and willingness to travel for client engagements across territories.
