About the client
Our client iswell-knowncompany which has an aggressive expansion plan to transform their data team and they are seeking for a Senior AI and Data Manager to join their team.
About the role
Reporting to the department head you will lead the delivery of cutting-edge analytics and AI initiatives for the company-wide. This role blends hands-on expertise in machine learning and analytical modeling with program management leadership to ensure projects meet business objectives and drive organizational growth. You will partner with multidisciplinary teams to define project scope objectives and delivery milestones for AI and data programs. You will manage and coordinate multiple simultaneous projects ensuring alignment with the organizations strategy and completion on time and within collaboration with business stakeholders you will develop actionable plans monitor progress and proactively address risks to secure successful outcomes across all AI and analytics initiatives. You will champion Agile ways of working including sprint planning and daily stand ups while fostering a collaborative and inclusive team addition you will support the design and implementation of advanced machine learning and data analytics solutions using diverse data sources to enhance decision-making and elevate customer experience
The successful applicants
- Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field such as Computer Science Data Science or Statistics.
- At least 8 years experience delivering data analytics or AI/ML projects ideally in financial services.
- A strong ability to translate analytics into practical business improvements.
- Strong grasp of global AI and data trends with a proven record of converting them into successful realworld applications
- Demonstrated success leading AI or data programmes from concept to scaled implementation with measurable impact on revenue growth efficiency customer experience or societal outcomes
- Experience in Agile environments and working within collaborative teams.
- High sense of initiative and a continuous improvement mind
- set to drive innovation and service excellence
- Excellent communication in English and Chinese
