Job Summary
ESF West Kowloon Kindergarten is looking for an administrator to join the school immediately.
The successful candidate will be posted at ESF West Kowloon Kindergarten from the end of April/May 2026 and will help us with the opening of the new kindergarten in August 2026.
General duties include but are not limited to:
- Support senior leaders and teachers with all admin work to ensure the smooth running of the office
- Support senior leaders and teachers in planning and organising school events and activities
- Support school administrative duties such as the Start of Year document collection
- Work with the Admissions team in coordinating the new student startup process
- Maintain files folders records and calendars in good order
- Respond to students/parents inquiries and correspondence
- Cover school reception duties
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned
- Involved in setting up the new kindergarten in West Kowloon
Requirements
- Holder of a Diploma/Bachelors Degree in any stream
- At least 2 years of administrative and secretarial experience
- Fluency in both written and verbal English & Chinese is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Google Apps)
- Strong collaboration and organization skills in working effectively with internal and external parties
- Effective and confident communication with teachers parents and students
- High initiative a positive and engaging personality
- Capable of taking up assignments independently with minimum supervision
