Job Summary

We are hiring a dynamic Relationship Manager – NRI Segment to manage and grow relationships with Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients. The role involves driving business growth enhancing product penetration and delivering customized financial solutions while ensuring high service standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deepen relationships with existing NRI clients

  • Acquire new NRI customers through referrals and networking

  • Drive revenue through cross-selling of deposits investments insurance and lending products

  • Provide personalized investment advisory and portfolio guidance

  • Ensure adherence to RBI and internal compliance guidelines

  • Deliver superior service experience and resolve client queries efficiently

  • Monitor portfolio performance and achieve AUM growth targets

  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and service delivery

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate (MBA / Finance preferred)

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in NRI Banking / Wealth Management / Retail Banking

  • Strong understanding of NRI products (NRE NRO FCNR accounts remittances investments)

  • Good knowledge of financial markets and investment products

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
