SWAROVSKI PARFUMS PRODUCT MANAGER ASSISTANT
STARTING JULY 2026 6 MONTHS INTERNSHIP (PARIS)
We are looking for a passionateProduct Manager Assistantto join the Global Marketing team of Swarovski in our mission to develop thenew Swarovski Licence at Coty.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Global Product Manager Assistant you are at the heart of the brand creation where concepts are crafted and products are developed.
Evolving in a fast-paced and motivating environment you willparticipatein building an innovativefragrance segmentfor Swarovski integrated in a global cosmetics group.
Supporting the marketing plan implementation you will contribute to the success of future launchesworking on exciting projects forthe Mastersof Light.

Your main focuses:
Participate in the development of new launches:
Preparation and follow-up of briefs (design agencies mock-up suppliers)
Operational projects follow-up and coordination of the internal teams (R&D digital retail supply chain) and external providers (suppliers agencies)
Elaboration of 360 approach elements: conceptualization work storytelling product positioning sampling communicationmerchandisingand training
Analyse the market and trends to build long-term strategies on key markets:
Monitoring of trends new launches andfragrance/beauty innovations
Quantitative and qualitative competition analysis
Support the team in day-to-day management:participation in the organization ofmeetingspresentationsand internationalseminars.

are currently studying for aMastersdegree.
are a beauty-enthusiast innovativeandrigorous
area motivated team playerwilling to learn in a fast-pacedinternationalenvironment.
have excellent organization skills to drive multiple projects with agility.
have a critical thinking spirit witha strong forceof proposition and creativity.
are fluent in English & French with excellent communication skills written and & German are a plus.
