Job Summary

City Safe Partners is seeking professional Concierge/Security Officersto deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a safe secure environment for clients staff and role requires individuals who are professional reliable observant and customer-service oriented. You will interact daily with visitors building management and residents and serve as a key representative of our security team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests residents and visitors
- Monitor building entrances and control access to the property
- Enforce all site-specific policies and procedures
- Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly promptly and professionally
- Identify and report safety hazards suspicious behavior or policy violations
- Complete incident reports daily activity logs and other required documentation
- Maintain a strong visible and professional security presence
- Minimum Requirements
- Valid NYS Security Guard License(Required)
- Strong customer service and effective communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Must be able to read write and speak English fluently
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable punctual and dependable
- Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit stand and walk for the duration of the shift
- Ability to conduct routine patrols throughout the property
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions when required
Education Requirements (All)
GED
High School Diploma
Certification Requirements (All)
Active Security Guard License
