Company: Ace Handyman Services
Location: Chicago IL and Surrounding Collar Counties
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM No Weekends
- Answer inbound calls from homeowners and potential clients
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the Ace brand professionally
- Schedule estimates and service appointments for technicians
- Follow up with customers regarding estimates service requests and project timelines
- Assist in converting inquiries into booked projects
- Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system
- Communicate with field technicians regarding scheduling and project updates
- Support business development initiatives including follow-ups and outreach to past customers
- Previous experience in customer service inside sales or scheduling preferred
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using scheduling software and CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of customer inquiries
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
