Are you detailoriented analytical and passionate about data excellence Join our team as a Master Data Administrator (SAP & MES) and play a key role in ensuring the quality accuracy and efficiency of our production and data this position you will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams support the implementation of SAP & MES systems and contribute to continuous process improvements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the creation and maintenance of SAP master data ensuring all predefined and required fields are completed accurately (Materials BOMs Routings Documents Changes and revisions Info Records Source Sheets).
- Perform ongoing and periodic maintenance of master data to guarantee data quality; develop tools to improve processes and increase data visibility.
- Cooperate closely with all responsible departments to authorize SAP master data.
- Provide guidance and recommendations regarding SAP usage considering the implications of each action taken.
- Collaborate with the SAP consulting team to resolve technical issues and address system-related questions.
- Prepare reports based on information from SAP and MES systems.
- Deliver basic SAP and MES training to employees.
- Conduct SAP basiclevel assessments for all newly hired employees.
- Support production lines with the implementation and use of MES.
- Ensure compliance between SAPcreated data and the submitted request form.
- Identify errors in submitted forms and propose corrective solutions.
- Provide full support during the implementation of changes for new revisions including communication with production units.
- Implement new configurators in SAP and maintain existing ones.
- Lead MES implementation in new production lines.
- Ensure proper organization timely delivery and high-quality performance of the Master Data Administrator (SAP & MES) team.
- Support motivate train and develop team members; track their performance and provide regular feedback.
Requirements
- Experience with SAP (ideally PP/MM) and master data management.
- Basic knowledge of MES or willingness to learn.
- Ability to analyze data detect errors and ensure data accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to cooperate with crossfunctional teams and support users.
- Good communication skills; ability to train colleagues in SAP/MES.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- English for daily communication; Czech required.
- Advantage: experience in production environment or leading a small team.
