Your key responsibilities
EY Technology manages and operates all the technology we use at EY providing quality service and business solutions to EY personnel worldwide. OnSite Technology Services (OSTS) sits within EY Technology. We are the face of EY Technology.
We provide handson support provisioning and troubleshooting of hardware (notebooks A/V iPhones etc.) software (Windows Microsoft 365 iOS etc.) and networkrelated issues. We cooperate with other EY Technology teams around the world.
Skills and attributes for success
- You justlove technology and you are good at it - proven during your 1-3 year experience
- You arehappy to help otherswho might struggle with technology
- You know exactly whatexceptional customer supportmeans
- You speakHungarian but usingEnglishis not a problem either
- Youfind solutions and fix problems effectivelyalone or together with the team
- You areproactiveand always ready to improve processes or user experience
- You just loveadministration. Or not - but you still log the tickets
