DescriptionAs a Customer Service Representative (24 months) in Cluj-Napoca you will be primarily responsible to guarantee a positive customer experience and ensure quick and reliable processing of customer orders from booking to invoicing. Manage speedy and knowledgeable responses to assist customer at any stage of his order and pro-actively solve any problems.

In this role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Identify prepare and process the ordered products in the MRP system;
- Connect with internal departments in order to ensure the smoothness of the process along with keeping in contact with the client regarding their order status and additional information ensure the clients needs are being met;
- Understands the importance and the possible impact on safety for the products built in the factory and ensures through the activities carried out in the department that all the criteria detailed in the related work instructions are respected with the aim of maintaining the quality and safety of the products intended for industrial various administration tasks related to customer files;
- Actively participates in departmental meetings; comes with suggestions for improvement to achieve the companys objectives;
- Is responsible for the continuous improvement of the work done.
