About the Role

Reporting into theFP&ASenior Manager EMEAtheFP&A Manager EMEAis a high-impact role at the heart ofSharkNinjasEMEA finance function. You will be a key driver of financial performance and insight across the region-owning core FP&A deliverablesdrivingthe EMEAData/BIFP&Atransformationagenda and acting as the primarylink to the Global BI/IT Teams.

This role is for someone who combines deep technical FP&Aexpertisewith a passion for data tools and continuous improvement. Youwontjust report the numbers youllown the infrastructure behind them drive simplification and help build a best-in-class FP&A function that scales with one of the fastest-growing consumer businesses in the world.

FP&A Core Deliverables

• Lead and animate the EMEA month-end close cycle delivering high-quality variance analysis management commentary and P&L performance reporting to the EMEA Finance Leadership Team (FLT) with support from the Senior Analyst.

• Establish andmaintainclear forums with theAccountingteam to review the balance sheet and support quarterly and year-end closing.

• Supportadhoc financial analysis and business case support for EMEA-wide initiatives

• Champion simplification across FP&A processes(month end & forecast)leveragingAItools analytics and structured ways of working to reduce manual effort and increase impact.

• Drive the animation of financial performance across the EMEA business using BI tools and automation to bring data to life.

• Ownthe maintenance of FP&A master data including region customer category and product hierarchies ensuring accuracy consistency and integrity across all financial reporting.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between EMEA Finance and the Global BI &ITteam ensuring alignment on tools reporting priorities and the rollout of global innovations into the EMEA environment.

• Lead the local execution of global and regional data transformation projects includingPowerBIdashboard development P&L fundamentals alignment (-to-net Oracle SKU-level data legacy BI migration)

• Drive a culture of documentation process excellence and continuous improvement within the EMEA FP&A team.

• Act as a champion for financial data governance and best practice embedding robust controls and scalable processes as the business continues to grow at pace.

• Line Management of one qualified Senior Analyst

Some of what were looking for

• 5 yearsexperience in an FP&A role within a globalorganization with strong exposure to month-endclose forecasting and budgeting cycles.

• Demonstrated commercial acumen with experience translating financial performance into narrative that drives decision-making.

• Expert-level Excel skills and financial modelling capability

• Deep hands-onexpertiseinPowerBIand Snowflake including dashboard development data modelling and self-service BI.

• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy consistency and integrity across all financial reporting.

• Ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment managing multiple priorities with a high degree oforganizationand dependability.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with confidence presenting to and engaging cross-functional stakeholders across geographies& levels.

• Experience leading or contributing to finance or data transformation projects; project management capability is a plus and will be developed in role.

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or related field;withprofessional qualification (ACA ACCA CIMA or equivalentrequired).

• Line management experience preferred but not essential
