Responsibilities

• Assist with daily maintenance tasks including mowing watering and fertilizing greens tees fairways and rough areas.
• Support the upkeep of golf course equipment and tools ensuring proper function and safety.
• Help with landscaping duties such as pruning planting and weed control.
• Learn to identify turf issues and assist with pest and disease management under supervision.
• Maintain pathways bunkers and other course features to ensure a top-quality player experience.
• Collaborate with the golf maintenance team to complete assigned tasks efficiently and promptly.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Interest in golf course maintenance landscaping horticulture or a related field.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting bending and standing for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
• Prior experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
