The Affordability Performance Initiatives team at Aledade is actively recruiting for a Program Coordinator to provide data analysis project coordination and administrative support across the Affordability portfolio. The role will require the ability to effectively identify communicate and advance key objectives for the team specifically facilitating reporting on in-year savings initiatives and developing initiative communication plans and resource material for cross-department stakeholders. A strong combination of organizational skills high attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks is needed.
Data Analysis & Support
Program Planning and Support
Bachelors degree in Business Public Administration Public Health Data Analytics or related field
2-4 yrs. experience in an administrative role
Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong Excel & Google Sheets skills; Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (Tableau Snowflake Power BI)
Ability to gather and interpret data necessary for ROI modeling and capacity planning
Knowledge of performance metrics and ROI tracking
Experience in healthcare specifically in public health.
Experience with program management experience in healthcare setting
Familiarity with value-based care and cost of care principles
Familiarity with project management software (Miro Monday etc.)
Ability to function independently and proactively identify problems to solve through data
