The Team
The HR Department supports all partners and staff across the UKIME region encompassing key areas such as talent acquisition retention development and reward. This is delivered through teams specializing in Recruitment Inclusion & Diversity Learning & Development Reward and HR Business Partnering.
The Reward & HRIS team is responsible for designing and maintaining a reward and benefits framework that attracts retains and engages our people. The team provides expert advice and responsive services across Payroll HR Analytics Reward and Benefits.
This role will support the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of our HR technology solutions offering guidance to stakeholders on how these systems can be leveraged to improve business processes.
