Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage several scrum teams within the ERP product group (mature Workday scrum/project teams) delivering high volume of change using matrix-managed resources
-report to the Workday product manager
- focus on problem management and incremental process improvements
-facilitate scrum ceremonies
-liaise with delivery stakeholders in HR Finance and Technology
- work closely with ERP DevSecOps delivery teams and AMS suppliers.
Required Experience:
-Manage multiple scrum teams delivering to a single product (best practice e.g. SAFe)
-Agile and DevSecOps on SaaS & Lo/No Code
-resolve issues to unblock delivery
- continuous improvement/coaching
-Jira (primary tracking system)
- ERP/adjacent systems experience;
-no deep platform technical knowledge required.
