Job Summary

As a Services Readiness Leader within the Technical Support Excellence organisation you will act as an ambassador for Services championing a Right First Time mindset.
In this role you will collaborate closely with the Services organisation D&T PS&E and our Markets to ensure full Services readiness for new solutions and products under development.

You will secure that service requirements development deliverables validation and deployment activities are properly managedensuring our customers experience reliable highquality solutions from day one.

What you will do

In this role you will:

  • Represent Services in D&T governance forums bringing forward the Voice of the Customer.
  • Own Services deliverables in assigned development activities.
  • Lead the work related to Quality History.
  • Drive and coordinate External Validation of solutions.
  • Initiate and follow up on crossfunctional activities using strong project management skills and tools.
  • Lead Services crossfunctional project teams when required.
  • Collaborate across teams to support issue resolution and system support.

You will report to the Manager Services Readiness and be part of an engaged dynamic team supporting our Packaging Processing and Services businesses.
