As leader for procurement & Sustainability Motor youll guide a highly skilled team and work closely across countries to build strong partnerships and deliver business value.
About the role
Claims represents a major part of Ifs business handling around twothirds of our premiums and supporting customers in millions of claim situations every year.
In this role you are part of the Nordic Strategic Operations & Business Development management team. You lead and develop a highperforming procurement and sustainability team ensuring clear direction strong collaboration and impact aligned with our strategy.
You work closely with Motor Claims leaders across all Nordic countries supporting operational excellence through strong supplier partnerships smart sourcing and continuous improvement. You also collaborate across Lines of Business to drive Procurement Excellence standardization and best practice.

Your key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Procurement & Sustainability team creating a highperforming customerfocused organization
- Drive Procurement Excellence initiatives across Lines of Business
- Lead category management and contribute to strategic decisions and sourcing activities
- Take overarching responsibility for sustainability within the procurement area
- Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Design and optimise endtoend supplier and customer journeys (SRM)
- Contribute to a modern inclusive and responsible claims culture built on responsibility collaboration and care

Your deep understanding of the automotive industry especially within claims handling forms a strong foundation for achieving operational efficiency and business results. You also bring:
- Strong and longterm leadership experience
- Proven ability to create financial value and deliver measurable results
- Solid stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong lasting relationships
- A developmentoriented mindset and a datadriven approach
- A relevant academic background or equivalent experience that equips you with a strong analytical and structured mindset
- Experience from the automotive branch
It is considered an advantage if you have:
- Experience from category management or procurement
- Understanding of sourcing processes
- Lean education
- Broader knowledge of the wider automotive industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
